🔵Ever wonder when your bounce house is cleaned? We take out the mystery and clean it upon delivery right in front of you!
⛈Weather Policy⛈
We want to deliver the unit as bad as you do! However, we all know that North Texas weather can be...unpredictable!
Safety is our number one concern! For that reason, we cannot setup if it is raining, snowing, or if the wind 💨 is 25+mph!
If we have to cancel the Rental due to weather, we are happy to reschedule! If we can't come up with an alternate date you will receive a full refund!
*If you decide to cancel before your rental date your deposit will not be refunded*
FAQ
Do I need an extension cord or hose?
Our blowers have a 12' cord on them, so if you're planning on having the unit further than that you would need to provide an extension cord. Unit must be set up within 50' of the outlet being used!
If you have rented a wet unit, you will need to provide a hose long enough to reach the unit from your spigot.
Can you set up on concrete?
Yes! However, we need to know in advance as it requires different equipment. Concrete area must be swept free of debris BEFORE delivery.
Can you set up on dirt or gravel?
No! Dirt makes for a very messy bounce house and gravel can poke holes in the fabric of the unit. Always make sure your area is free of debris before we come to deliver!
Do you have generators?
We do not carry generators. However, if you provide a generator we are happy to use them for a power source.
Pre-Party Checklist
◻️Clear pathway to set up area
◻️Make sure grass is trimmed to reasonable length
◻️Clean debris from set up area. Sticks, rocks, gravel, etc. anything that could potentially puncture the fabric.
◻️Pick up animal droppings in the yard.
◻️Have an extension cord and hose (if applicable) available upon delivery.
Post-Party Checklist
◻️ Clean unit of excessive grass and mud.
◻️Do a thorough check in bounce house for food,excessive grass/mud, garbage, and toys.
◻️Be available upon pick up unless other arrangements have been made with us.
🔴If, upon arrival for pick up the unit is found to not be in the same condition as it was left, a cleaning fee of $100 will be charged to the card on file.
